By accessing or using Ashuda ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Ashuda is a restaurant management platform that provides inventory tracking, financial analysis, POS integration, AI-powered insights, and operational tools for food service businesses.
Ashuda grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your internal business management purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement and your selected subscription plan.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Application; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application; (c) sublicense, lease, or rent the Application to any third party; (d) use the Application for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
QuickBooks Online: By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize Ashuda to access your financial data solely for display and analysis within the Application. Ashuda does not store your QuickBooks credentials. Your use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit's terms of service.
Clover POS: By connecting your Clover account, you authorize Ashuda to access sales and menu data via Clover's API. Your use of Clover is subject to Clover's terms of service.
The Application uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Whisper) for voice transcription, data analysis, and recommendations. Data processed by these services is governed by their respective terms. AI-generated outputs (forecasts, recommendations, classifications) are provided as informational tools and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Application. Ashuda does not claim any ownership rights to your business data. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are as described on the Application's pricing page. Ashuda reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ashuda does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall Ashuda, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
This license is effective until terminated. Ashuda may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
